As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect in the beginning, whether it would be frustrating or overwhelming, or whether I would even find what I was looking for, but Katie-Claire helped make everything easier - from scheduling the first tour up until closing. She was responsive, attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to helping me find my perfect first home. Someday, when the time comes for me to sell this house and move into a bigger space, Katie-Claire will be the first person I call. Until then, if anyone I know is in need of a realtor, I will send them to her with my glowing recommendation!
