Genuine, honest, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and caring! I went through a very trying and long divorce settlement in which my ex-husband was refusing to follow court orders to sell the house. It took 2 years to finally force the sale of the house, and through it all, Bob was patient, informative, understanding, and became a true friend. I could go on and on about my wonderful experience with Bob! First and foremost, Bob cares about people. Bob is not one of those guys who is just out to make a buck. Bob genuinely wants to help people buy or sell their home. He will put all his effort into making sure that you are a happy client. Though Bob has many clients, he makes you feel like you're the only one because he spends so much time and effort to educate you. I really don't know how he does it but somehow he does. I look forward to buying a house in the near future and I wouldn't go to anyone else other than Bob Walsmith. He is by far the best!
