What an amazing experience. Emma Lefkowitz and Brian Tague did everything and more to help get this property ready and sell it in the first weekend with multiple offers. Since it was a rental previously, it needed a little TLC. They were on top of getting quotes and getting the work done at a very reasonable cost, plus giving advice and suggestions on when to time the market appropriately for this type of house. We contacted the Barron Team after my brother passed. Family came from Ohio and Florida to clear out and prepare the property for sale.
