Barbara is our go to gal for all our real estate needs. This is the 4th transaction Barbara has handled for me. We found our dream house and with Barbara's guidance we were able to beat out multiple other buyers and purchase the home. Barbara was always available by phone, text or email. She responded immediately anytime we reached out with a question or concern. She walked me through the process with knowledge and skill. Keeping me calm throughout the process. Barb sent me a personalized list of homes that met my criteria and I’m happy to say one of them became my first home! I know nothing about real estate transactions but Barb walked me through everything step by step. She is very kind and friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and accommodating- went out of her way to meet me at the property (before closing escrow) multiple times so I could take measurements/check on certain things. This was amazing because when escrow closed, I was fully prepared to hit the ground running and make the place “mine”! She didn’t have to do that but did so out of the kindness of her own heart. She helped me understand the escrow process and answered my questions, and we were able to close early! When I first walked into my new home, she had left the most amazing thoughtful gift basket! (Barb, if you see this- I hope we sent our thank you back then but I can’t remember! Thank you! We had an amazing dinner and still use the beautiful towels and glasses!) anyways, long story short: you can’t find anyone better than Barb. If you want a personalized experience and a true connection with someone who genuinely wants you to find your dream home, you know who to call.

Barb was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the reigns and handled everything with professionalism. This was a complicated situation with my ex passing, the home having had received several foreclosure notices, and the only heir being a minor. Barb’s experience and knowledge were invaluable. Barb is a wonderful realtor. She answered all of our questions and negotiated for us to get top dollar for our home. She also walked us through every step of the escrow process. We had some issues on the day we moved out -- Barb came to our rescue! The other agent got ill, so Barb even stepped in and helped with the final walkthrough. We used her to both buy and sell our home, plus she even had a great recommendation for an out of state realtor to help us buy our new home!

We listed our rental property with Barb in March. It was a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that needed refreshing and updating. Her advice about how to get the best value for the money we invested in improvements gave us a very appealing result without us overspending. The results were beautiful and the condo received multiple offers well over asking price within 72 hours of listing. We were very impressed with Barb as she negotiated with the buyer's agent. She was able to advise us about what requests by the buyer were reasonable and expected and those that were far less reasonable. Barb takes her fiduciary responsibilities very seriously. We couldn't have asked for anything more, she was THAT good.
