Barb helped the reviewer sell this property

An extremely competent and positive attitude realtor

Barb has extensive knowledge of the housing market. From the moment a decision was made to sell the house, she advised critical points that needed attention for improvement. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made for a very welcoming relationship in working with her. Any questions we had, Barb had the answer or researched and got back to us the same day. Once the house was ready for the open house, we were in her hands with complete confidence. Her advice and communication during the sale of the house was superb, especially in negotiating the final price. Barb is a very special realtor who cares deeply and commits fully to her clients.
