I know, I know — I should have written this review two months ago. But honestly? I've been so comfortable in this house that I completely lost track of time. I think somewhere around week two I forgot I hadn't lived here my whole life. Turns out that's a great sign for the house... less great for remembering to leave a review. Working with Krista was genuinely one of the best parts of what can be a very stressful process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and somehow always managed to make me feel like everything was under control — even when I was internally spiraling over inspection reports, leaks, termites (?!) and closing costs. She guided me through every step with patience and expertise, and I never once felt lost or out of the loop. Long story short: I found my dream home, I love it, and she's the one that made it happen! If you're looking for an agent who is professional, warm, funny, loves dogs, tries muscle-ups, and actually great at her job — look no further. Nancy made sure not only that the sale of my home went smoothly but, she was a hugh help in finding homes for furniture, plants and anything else I was not able to take with me when I moved.
