She not only helped me obtain a great price, but she also brought up the comps in the area for other sellers. Juli was professional and courteous, but also made me feel like she really cared, very personal. Felt valued and supported and not just like another transactions. She was always available to answer all my texts and phone calls any time I called. If she was unavailable to answer a call, she would text me and let me know she would call me back shortly. Never left me wondering when I would get an answer. I know, I know — I should have written this review two months ago. But honestly? I've been so comfortable in this house that I completely lost track of time. I think somewhere around week two I forgot I hadn't lived here my whole life. Turns out that's a great sign for the house... less great for remembering to leave a review. Working with Krista was genuinely one of the best parts of what can be a very stressful process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and somehow always managed to make me feel like everything was under control — even when I was internally spiraling over inspection reports, leaks, termites (?!) and closing costs.
