The offer was over asking with no contingencies. The entire process was smooth and effortless on my part. Peter worked tirelessly to produce handsome video tours which were posted on Youtube as well as working with a company to professionally photograph the interior of the condo as well as exterior including drone videos of the surrounding area and gardens of the condo building.
