Looking for a investment property in California has been quite difficult, especially if you are looking for a higher cap rate than the bay area. Khang suggested I look out of region, and I settled for sacramento county. He went on my behalf to look at unit and provided an assessment of this findings and recommendations. There were some challenges with timeline and the language barrier due to existing tenant occupancy. However these issues were soon addressed. Khang helped closed the deal, and also provided post completion guidance and support in navigating any rental questions, and follow ups with original seller post sale. Overall it was a good experience buying sight unseen, but Khang made the experience much more comfortable, and gave me the confidence to go into with my eyes wide open. Khang went above and beyond in helping me navigate the sale and 1031 of my condo in fremont, to another unit more than 400 miles away in San Diego. He consistently followed up with selling agent over a year time, Yes! (it took a year in escrow due to buying party constraints) and helped me decide the best choice without applying any pressure. He did this with constant updates, suggestions, and recommendations, and even came down to SD to help me look for potential replacements. With all the online agents now a days, I doubt they would have spent the time without any guarantees of closing the deal.
