It was picture perfect, and the house sold quickly, way above asking, and the day before it was supposed to go on the market. She has an incredible eye for detail and collaborated with our interior designer to make the house look beautiful. She even timed the wisteria blooms to the market date. We found Adrienne to be exceptionally easy to work with. She is quick, witty, funny, and moves super fast. I never once had to remind her of a detail or make sure she was paying attention to a particular part of the sale. She had it all in hand. When we closed, our family was in Paris. She even told us how to get a notary abroad. I only wish all real estate agents were as smart and as hardworking as she is. Mike and Jules Guzzardo were our realtors. I have dealt with realtors before but never as great as these two were. Any time there was any kind of an issue, I was called, and whatever we said to do was done immediately. No matter what the issue was, Mike was on it right away and before he called he had several solutions for me to choose from. He took all the worry and guesswork out of it for me and acted the second he got an answer. He explained everything in great detail and then took action. He always answered my calls if possible, and if he didn't , I always got a call back within 15 minutes. No question was stupid and explanations were thorough. This was the easiest sale I have ever had because Mike did everything. He made great recommendations for the house and found everyone that was needed in order to do those things. When some things came up that were not so wonderful, he was always encouraging and took care of it. I would never use anyone but Mike and Jules Guzzardo for any of my real estate needs. Jacque is great and works too late. If you call her at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night she will pick up the phone to address whatever it is you are dealing with at that stage of buying your home.
