I was looking to purchase my first home and was recommended to Stephen Walsh by a colleague. Having never navigated the home buying process before, I found Stephen to be very helpful at understanding the different parts of the process. When he was unavailable, he always made sure his partner, Karla Stagman was available to assist. They both worked together to guide me through and make a very informed decision, in regards to price and quality. I feel like I could have been pushed into a higher priced home, but Stephen and Karla both seemed to genuinely want to find the right home, as opposed to the most expensive commission. From all fields, price per square foot, how property taxes are calculated, what the major problems with homes can be and how to navigate the offers, inspections, and deal with seller agents, I was informed and made aware of the quirks in each aspect. When it came time to close escrow, I was proudly able to say I found a home, not just a house, thanks largely in part of the efforts of Stephen Walsh and his team (Karla Stagman).
