Jamie met with me and my wife and gave me a solid estimate of how much my house was worth. I had a emotional attachment to the house and at times wasnt ready to sell. Jamie showed great patience with me and allowed me time to make the decision to list my home for sale. Once the decision was made Jamie advised on how to get the house ready for showings. She also had a photographer come to the home and within a few days the house was listed. She also explained there was an app that realtors use to make appointments for their clients to see the home. In the end the home sold in about 8 days and only a few thousand less than the asking price.

I was looking to purchase my first home and was recommended to Stephen Walsh by a colleague. Having never navigated the home buying process before, I found Stephen to be very helpful at understanding the different parts of the process. When he was unavailable, he always made sure his partner, Karla Stagman was available to assist. They both worked together to guide me through and make a very informed decision, in regards to price and quality. I feel like I could have been pushed into a higher priced home, but Stephen and Karla both seemed to genuinely want to find the right home, as opposed to the most expensive commission.
