Ed is also one of the nicest and most considerate guys around. Unprompted by us, prior to the sale, he freshened up our planter box and spread mulch at the base of a small tree in front of the condo. He also acts as a handyman and replaced the hose on the refrigerator, moved the stove for the painter and put it back when they were done. We’re very happy that we chose the Milestones to help us through this process and we’ll keep them in mind going forward with any of our future real estate endeavors in San Francisco.
