Nadia helped me buy my house 23 years ago. And when I reached out to get her help to sell it, she didn't hesitate. I knew how experienced Nadia is, and how well regarded, so I assumed she'd be too busy for me. All I hoped for was a referral to a junior broker who'd help. She immediately understood everything that needed to be done to put me in the best possible position to sell and sell at a great price. I had so many questions along the way, and the house needed so much, and she was always there for me. Along the way, any time an issue arose with the house, she was right there to problem-solve and take care of everything. From getting the house ready for sale to understanding market conditions and the best timing for listing it and for open houses and taking offers, I knew I could trust Nadia completely. I thankfully deferred to her on timing decisions because, I have no doubt, her strategies were the reason why I received 4 offers which were all over asking. I'm so very grateful to her for all she did for me to get me the absolute best price I could have hoped for. I would encourage anyone who's looking for an experienced realtor to work with Nadia. I've worked with Janice twice now: once to help me get my first home in San Francisco in 2018, and again for a home to start a family in San Bruno in 2020. Janice has been incredible to work with in both cases. She's incredibly responsive, with a turnaround time of less than an hour in most cases. She's insightful and learns how to predict your dream home quickly; both times I've bought were ultimately recommendations of hers, and they came after only attending 3-4 open houses with her. I have encountered others that tried to start with high commission and then dropped down after hearing other offers I received - She was transparent and down to earth with her opinion but also respect your inputs and decision. She knows the local market very well and have the resources (construction/repairing/marketing) readily available to deploy to make the property appealing within a reasonable amount of time - I especially like her hands-on approach. She picked the light fixture/cabinet handles on her own and do the open house herself. I admired her treating the sale of property as a partnership not as a quick sale for profit. I think if you are to pick her as your real estate agent, you will not be disappointed.
