Nadia helped me buy my house 23 years ago. And when I reached out to get her help to sell it, she didn't hesitate. I never thought she would take me on, knowing my house wasn't a fancy SF house that would bring in large amounts of money. I knew how experienced Nadia is, and how well regarded, so I assumed she'd be too busy for me. All I hoped for was a referral to a junior broker who'd help. But Nadia insisted she wanted to help me herself, and her commitment to helping me see the process through was very touching to me. From the first moment, she went above and beyond. She immediately understood everything that needed to be done to put me in the best possible position to sell and sell at a great price. I had so many questions along the way, and the house needed so much, and she was always there for me. Along the way, any time an issue arose with the house, she was right there to problem-solve and take care of everything. From getting the house ready for sale to understanding market conditions and the best timing for listing it and for open houses and taking offers, I knew I could trust Nadia completely. I thankfully deferred to her on timing decisions because, I have no doubt, her strategies were the reason why I received 4 offers which were all over asking. I'm so very grateful to her for all she did for me to get me the absolute best price I could have hoped for. I would encourage anyone who's looking for an experienced realtor to work with Nadia.
