Jonathan was fantastic to work with. He helped me close on my house and also took the time to show me other places along the way. What stood out most was how he stepped in with an active management role whenever I didn’t have the time—he made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. Highly recommend him!

Christian Is the real deal. He helped us navigate a tricky situation with calm and confident know-how and finesse. With his vision, clear and timely communication, astute guidance and wonderful team we were able to get the property ready quickly, looking fantastic and highly desirable. After only one weekend on the market it received multiple offers. Christian expertly guided us through the paperwork and escrow process, closing the sale quickly. I simply can't recommend him enough and will continue to pass his name on to whomever asks me for a stellar RE agent.
Seller of Apt 114/2412 Harrison Street, San Francisco
Christian has assisted in the sale and purchase of multiple properties as my agent. This property was fully renovated and with helpful guidance in ways to stage various spaces and adding some small details that Christian expressed would appeal to buyers, I received an offer over-asking price and closed quickly. The price set a record for the neighborhood when it closed. Great work and results, I highly recommend using Christian Buckley.

I’ve worked with Juliette through three very different transactions—and three very different chapters of life. First, she helped me sell a home I had once shared with someone from my past. It was emotional and complicated, and Juliette handled it with incredible care and professionalism. Then came an investment property. She walked me through the numbers, showed me the potential, and helped me move forward with total confidence. Most recently, she helped me buy a home for my mom. That one was especially meaningful—and required non-traditional financing. Juliette’s persistence and experience made the deal happen. I don’t think it would’ve come together without her. She’s sharp, steady, honest, and strategic. I trust her completely. If you’re buying, selling, or investing—Juliette is the one you want representing you, by your side, and in the room when it matters.

She is the best. Now let us tell you a little bit about our experience. We were new to the US real state market. It took us a while to get it, then we started working with a agent, with whom we submitted 3 offers, didn’t get none. We decided to change agent. A couple of friends recommended Juliette, told us she was hands on, invested time on you, new your preferences, etc, and my wife felt like that sounded exactly like the style and person we liked and needed. First time we met was while visiting an apartment. She literally sat with us for hours, getting to know us, our priorities, economic options, etc. She inspected the apartment with us, taught us so many things we have never been taught while visiting an apartment in the last couple of years. While talking about the first apartment, my wife mentioned this really nice other place at the location we were looking for so long. It was not in our budget, it was a holiday, but she still managed to get us an appointment before open house. We visited the place, again, sat down, reviewed all the papers with her for hours. We submitted an offer. We got it! Our very first house in the US and in SF! How exciting!!! I don’t think we could’ve make it without Juliette. Actually, we wouldn’t. We learnt so much throughout the process, only took us 1 offer, the second day we met, she made us feel super comfortable with the process, price, even it was above of our budget but actually a great price for the market! Again, we had to learn about the market in SF and we learned a lot with her. If you need to work with someone that actually cares about your priorities, needs, and invests time in what you want, sharp, and good straightforward attitude, then Juliette is the right person.
Seller of 125 Bella Vista Way, San Francisco
Juliette has represented me in three real estate transactions over the past year—both as a buyer and a seller—and I couldn't be more grateful to have had her in my corner. She made every step of the process smooth, clear, and far less overwhelming than I expected. What truly sets Juliette apart is her rare combination of real estate expertise and development experience. She doesn’t just understand the market—she sees the full potential in a property and knows exactly how to unlock it. Whether she was helping me decide which updates would add the most value before selling, or walking through a new place with me and showing how it could become my dream home, Juliette had a vision I didn’t even know I needed. She not only provides expert guidance—she also manages renovation work, coordinating everything from contractors to timelines. Her trusted network of lenders and contractors made every part of the process, from financing to final finishes, feel seamless and well-supported. Juliette is not just your agent—she’s your partner, your guide, and your advocate. I can’t imagine going through this journey without her, and I highly recommend her to anyone navigating the Bay Area market.

I had the pleasure of working with Ed and Therese Milestone, & I couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional guidance throughout the sale of a home that was going through probate. My beloved friend passed away unexpectedly, and although I had agreed to be her executor, I never fully understood the time-consuming & emotional challenges that come with this responsibility. This was far from a typical real estate transaction. There were long-standing issues with neighbors, legal complications, a permit stalemate, & a constant need to provide detailed updates to anxious family and friends regarding the timeline of the sale and feedback from potential buyers. Ed & Therese handled every challenge with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. They quickly learned not only my communication style, but also that of the estate lawyers, which made me feel understood and supported every step of the way. They went above and beyond—using their contacts to help me manage tasks like clearing out forty years’ worth of belongings, painting & preparing a multi-level home for sale. They were patient, knowledgeable, & proactive in explaining each step of the probate process. They coordinated seamlessly with the attorney, kept communication clear & consistent, & ensured that every detail was handled correctly and on time. What could have been an overwhelming and complicated experience became smooth and manageable thanks to their dedication. Their market knowledge, negotiation skills, & problem-solving abilities truly stood out. Most importantly, they approached every part of this journey with empathy and respect, fully understanding that selling a home in probate comes with unique logistical complexities. I highly recommend Ed & Therese Milestone to anyone looking for real estate professionals who go above & beyond—especially when facing unusual or challenging circumstances. They made a difficult process so much easier, & I am sincerely grateful for their support & expertise.
