When I needed a realtor, I'm glad I found Scott. He was always very responsive, and he breezed through the complex details of my transaction. What I appreciated most was his honesty. When I approached him about my listing, I mentioned I had an offer on the table but wanted to test the market. Scott suggested I forego the listing and take the offer. Of course, that meant he wouldn't get a commission, but he thought that was the best option for me. That deal didn't work out, so I ended up listing it anyway, but I always appreciate a professional who looks out for my best interests.

Scott did a great job understanding the market for 4 parcels that were our family trust and getting them sold. The the 3 lots in Ridgecrest were on the edge of town and he found one buyer for all three. We're happy with the offer and sold w no problems. The 4th property was 40 acres in the north end of Trona with few comparable sales. We found a buyer with the US government who was interested in adjacent property to their preservation area. It was a long process and Scott supported us with no on-site attendance by our family members.
