When I needed a realtor, I'm glad I found Scott. He was always very responsive, and he breezed through the complex details of my transaction. What I appreciated most was his honesty. When I approached him about my listing, I mentioned I had an offer on the table but wanted to test the market. Scott suggested I forego the listing and take the offer. Of course, that meant he wouldn't get a commission, but he thought that was the best option for me.
