Adam made the sale of my home an easy process. He was extremely communicative, proactive, detail oriented, and knowledgeable and was an excellent guide throughout this complex process. I didn't need to worry about a thing! As an added bonus, there was the support of Ana and Pascal. Thank you Adam!

I have worked with at least 10 different agents in my past. Ana , Pascal and Adam , Team Forest were exceptional with listening to my priorities in this tough market after returning to the Bay Area from Montana. After two months on intense research and touring we found my gem! Thank you team Forest! I am forever grateful!

Some agents are “sellers agents” and some are “buyers agents” but Ana and Team Forest are simply “the best agents”. Every single step of the way we felt like their only client and dearest friends. Our goals were their goals….and getting us exactly what we wanted was their only mission. After finding our forever house we needed to sell our home of 26 years. Faced with the prospect of moving out in the summer and spending time doing fix ups to wait for a less certain fall season was very stressful for me. Ana helped me understand the market and supported the plan for an “off market” sale. We developed an acceptable range for a sale price and my husband and I left for a week away. Ana scoured her Rolodex and sold our house in 5 days for a price well within our range. As if that wasn’t enough she was negotiating with the buyers and their agent until nearly 11 pm on a Friday night to be sure we had everything we needed spelled out in a clean offer. In this crazy Berkeley market I feel like we reinvented real estate! Now we can turn all of our attention to our next chapter. Thank you, Team Forest.
