I loved working with Anja, Emma and Rena. They were great communicators who kept me in the loop at every stage, they understand the market and have a ton of experience, and they made the process so easy. Everything from supporting with the disclosures, prepping my house, to laying out all the information clearly to decide on an offer was done with the highest attention to detail and thoughtfulness. And ultimately I got a better offer than I expected, which is the biggest win of all!

Anja and her team guided us through the sale of our home of 33 years in Berkeley CA and it was a great experience. Every angle was covered. From the estate sale to the remodeling of the kitchen to refinishing of the hardwood floors and updating the electrical,Team Plowright had a trusted professional to meet our needs! Communication is key to a successful sale and we felt listened to all along the way. You can’t go wrong with Anja and Team Plowright!

Strong recommendation for Anja Plowright and team. From initial introductory call to handover of keys, Anja, Emma and Rena delivered seasoned professionalism, deep market knowledge and friendly rapport. As a team, they are able to be very responsive whether by text, email, phone or seeing a listing in person. In a very competitive and sometimes complex East Bay market, our effort was surprisingly smooth and quick, many thanks to Anja, Emma and Rena.
