After reading Graham's very informative newsletter for a couple years, we thought we'd give him a try when we decided to sell the condo our son used while attending Cal Poly. What a great decision that was! Besides being incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to work with, Graham was on top of every detail, had great suggestions and advice, and took care of everything. The only thing we had to do was figure out how to sign our names on the documents on our phones when Graham brought us a bid well above our asking price (a record for the complex)! During the sale of our property I was receiving treatment for prostrate cancer at Loma Linda University Medical Center some 275 miles away from home and property. So the communication was by e-mail and phone. There were items that need to be serviced at the property. Melanie on more than one occasion responded, I will take care of the need by driving to the property and other locations. Also, Melanie show her knowledge of the real estate sale procedures by suggesting a solution that resolved the concern and closed the escrow . Very much impressed with her service and knowledge of real estate.
