Robin exceeded our expectations in every way while assisting us in looking for a house in Blacklake. She was always accessible to meet with us and very responsive to our phone calls and questions. She is very knowledgeable with regard to the local real estate market and helped us to zero in on the perfect home for us. She really listened to what our priorities were and was never high pressure. Robin is very personable and we became good friends through the whole process. She was very professional the way she handled all angles of the transaction and went above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with all aspects of the purchase. We highly recommend Robin to anyone looking for a WONDERFUL agent in this area.

Kevin made the whole process easy and efficient. Having a quality agent was invaluable to us. Kevin knows the local market and helped us make several key decisions that led to accepting a cash offer after only 4 days on the market for 100k over asking price. Kevin is easy to work with and very responsive. We are now working with him to find a new home to buy.

Diane and Sandy worked tirelessly through multiple complications spanning several months to help us get a price significantly over asking. They are consummate professionals and have a deep understanding of the Central Coast market. I would not hesitate to work with them to buy or sell any property in the future.
