Professional Communicator
During the sale of our property I was receiving treatment for prostrate cancer at Loma Linda University Medical Center some 275 miles away from home and property. So the communication was by e-mail and phone. There were items that need to be serviced at the property. Melanie on more than one occasion responded, I will take care of the need by driving to the property and other locations. Also, Melanie show her knowledge of the real estate sale procedures by suggesting a solution that resolved the concern and closed the escrow . Very much impressed with her service and knowledge of real estate.
