It is challenging to describe how FANTASTIC my experience selling our condo through Mike was. I live out of state and was helping a family member to sell his property. Mike truly went out of his way, over and over again, to help me to navigate the entire process, from beginning to end. His knowledge of the market, the area and property values along with his extensive network of other brokers and escrow companies made the sale go very smoothly. As with many home sales, there were a few bumps in the road, but he helped us to navigate through any issues that arose in a swift and concise manner. He kept me updated regularly and was extremely professional as well as very personable, approachable and quite frankly a pleasure to work with. I give Mike my absolute highest recommendation!

Ted is not only very knowledgeable in the real estate field, but he is also caring about the needs of his clients, additionally he expresses his honest opinion to assist his clients. I know him for almost 30 years and i recommend him highly.

Crysta has a very direct “bed-side manner”, straight forward, “say it like it is”, no frills, no beating around the bush, no sales kinda gal. It came first as a surprise but was very welcome to the alternative of being sold anything we walked into. She gave honest opinions in addition to helpful market knowledge and experience over time. All of these things helped us feel comfortable following her suggestions from how much to bid to when to walk away and much more. She remained accessible though our search was intense and constant. It’s hard to stick with clients through so many houses and so many bids. She also gave us room to explore ourselves. One of the best things is all her recommendations for after we purchased the house. But through the experience she really got all the papers done in a wink of time, and constantly reassured us through the process as it can get overwhelming as the buyer. She also followed us when I think it was best to do so when we wanted to ask for a significant price reduction. I can imagine other agents not wanting to present that to a buyer but she did it all. I highly recommend her.
