Ewy has worked in the community for decades and at times locates properties before they even come on the market. She listened to what I was looking for, and showed me only those condos within walking distance of downtown Santa Barbara. The process took a while, but eventually Ewy showed me a condo that was not yet listed, and I decided to purchase it. Moving inevitably requires much effort, but Ewy made the process relatively effortless. I count myself lucky to have had Ewy Axelsson as my realtor and look forward to living in Santa Barbara.
