I was fortunate to have had Ewy Axelsson recommended to me as a realtor, while I was looking for a condominium in Santa Barbara. She listened to what I was looking for, and showed me only those condos within walking distance of downtown Santa Barbara. The process took a while, but eventually Ewy showed me a condo that was not yet listed, and I decided to purchase it.
