I wanted to move to be closer to my siblings, but I was not sure I had the energy to move at my advanced age, thinking of all the tons of things I had to deal with. Then one day I received a real estate ad from Nancy saying that if I wanted to downsize she could help sell my house. She could find a handyman for the repairs, cleaners to clean up the house and yard, and movers with the move. She sounded so confident that suddenly I felt I could do it with her help. When I met her I found her to be a genuine, down to earth, well prepared and utterly trustworthy person. She is the top producing agent in University city and she has years of experience so I did not need to interview another agent. I have bought and sold quite a few houses in my time, so I know a good agent when I see one. We sold our house at a very unstable time with new inventory popping up like mushrooms and thus supply outnumbering demand. We experienced a very sticky situation during the sale, but Nancy very adeptly maneuvered us out of that. I am very grateful to Nancy for all her help. There is a reason why she is the top seller in University City.

We are so happy that we decided to have Nancy sell our home in UC. Her extensive knowledge and experience made the whole process seamless. Her marketing strategies were impeccable, she advised where to do slight improvements and what not to do so our home could go on the market in the best possible light. Her pricing strategy worked great since we received multiple offers the first weekend and it sold over asking price! We highly recommend Nancy Beck!

We had an outstanding experience working with our realtor from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and consistently went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt informed and supported. Their expertise in the market was evident, helping us navigate each step with confidence. They listened carefully to our needs and preferences, ensuring that everything aligned with our goals. Their attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to excellence truly set them apart. What we appreciated most was their dedication and genuine care—they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We would highly recommend our realtor to anyone looking for a positive, successful real estate experience.

Over the course of a year, he patiently took us looking at condos and then homes in Los Angeles to meet my needs. When we found a home, he recommended the professionals we needed to correct issues found during the inspection. When it was time to sell my home in San Diego, Michael told me how to stage my home and prepare for the photographs for my listing. He resides in Los Angeles, but he came to San Diego to hold two open houses. He arranged for a coworker to show the house when contacted by a prospective buyer. My home sold in about a months time. I especially appreciated the fact that he was not a high-pressure salesman. He was very patient during my buying process in Los Angeles which began in December of 2024 and ended in September with the home I purchased in 2025.

We began nearly a year out planning for the possibly of a sale and purchase of a new home. Aaron helped us map out areas to keep our eyes on, timing and pricing. He is patient, and not at all pushy, leads with authority and gentleness—a great negotiator. Everything you want in someone who is representing you! He knows the San Diego market well! From helping us update our current home, to pricing our home to receiving 11 offers on the first weekend of open house—and it sold over asking immediately! Move on to the purchase of the new place, he knows what is priced well and what is overpriced. He’s is alway working for his clients best. He knows your needs and wants and can make helpful recommendations. In the end, we found the perfect place for a great price! This is our second transaction using Aaron. I would use and trust him without any hesitation. He’s treated us as if we were his own family! Thank you Aaron!

Aaron was truly incredible to work with from start to finish. Recommended and introduced to me buy a mentor who i trust and respect, he helped my best friend and me buy our first home in San Diego. Being completely new to the process and not understanding much about purchasing property, we could not have asked for a better realtor or guide us through the process. From day one, Aaron was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we found the right home. He was forthcoming with any flaws or setbacks he noted in different properties, things I have never thought about and would never have thought to look for. He took the time to understand what mattered to us, walked us through every step with clarity, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Aaron was always available to answer questions (no matter how small or stupid, like what is escrow and why are there two types), gave honest advice, and advocated hard for us throughout negotiations. We always felt supported and confident knowing he was in our corner. Beyond his professionalism, Aaron is just a great human—kind, trustworthy, and easy to work with. We are so grateful for his expertise and dedication, and we absolutely love our new home. If you’re looking for a realtor in San Diego who truly goes above and beyond, Aaron is your guy. Highly, highly recommend!

In working with a realtor, we cared most about three things: 1) someone who felt vested in our search; 2) someone willing to provide individualized attention; and 3) someone who intuitively understood the things we were looking for in a house. Liz checked all three boxes. Despite making no offers at all during the first several months of our house search, we never felt pressured while working with Liz. Instead, Liz was endlessly patient. When we expressed that we didn't want to have our email inbox blasted with the typical antiquated MLS listserv system, Liz did not hesitate to use a hands-on approach in bringing houses to our attention instead. She utilized her Coldwell Banker network to give us a heads up on houses before they officially hit the MLS, and even volunteered to set up a letter writing campaign in the neighborhood that we ultimately focused on. Last but not least, as someone who had gone through similar life stages recently, Liz not only understood our concerns, but easily put herself in our shoes and raised possible issues that we had not even thought of. While other realtors may boast more years of experience, we found that to be a poor approximation for our needs. An extensive list of prior transactions means little if they don't care about YOUR housing search. Working with Liz felt like working with a friend and we would not hesitate to do so again in the future.
