I chose to work with Joel and his awesome team because he is top-rated and came highly recommended. I have been incredibly impressed with him every step of the way. He is a fantastic realtor who knows the ins and outs of the business and has his finger on the pulse. He fielded tons of questions from me and walked me through every step of the process with kindness and high-quality professionalism. I never once felt confused or rushed or dropped. He communicates efficiently and addressed all my needs. He even has a ton of great referrals in nearly every industry to help you settle in once the sale closes. He is more than just a realtor, and it’s obvious to anyone who has worked with Joel that he really cares about his clients and works hard for them. I recommend him 100%.

This is our second time using Century 21, specifically Carol Mundell. Carol's performance was outstanding. She went above and beyond with what we asked of her. The preparation, showing, negotiations and closing couldn't have been smoother. When issues presented themselves, Carol stepped in and took charge to ensure our best interests were taken care of. Carol's Teammate, Lauren, was just as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as she was. Anytime Carol was not available, Lauren was, and it made the process relaxing and stress free. This Team is a match made in Realtor Heaven and couldn't have been better. We only wish we could use them with our new search and purchase, however, Carol did provided us with an Agent in the area we have moved to. Sure hope they are up for the challenge, because they have large shoes to fill after dealing with Team Mundell.

I never do reviews but Juliana was so Outstanding that I felt compelled to do this one. She is one of a kind. If you're wise enough you will have her as your realtor or in your life in any way. First of all, she brings great knowledge, expertise and as well as in depth research in your market and your circumstances. She put our need first. She really cares. My wife and I were in a very complicated transaction in which she needed to apply herself at every level and she did all that and more. Her guidance at every step made all the difference for us. I knew she was a good realtor from others but I had no idea how dedicated she would be. One friend who has bought and sold a lot of properties told me that no realtor works harder.
