Not every real estate agent is the same and after this experience, I can definitely say that the right team makes ALL the difference! 🏡 Richard Woods and his team bring so much knowledge about the neighborhoods, rules, regulations, and all the little details you don’t even think to ask about. Their expertise guided us through the entire process and helped make sure we got the best deal while still finding a home that checked all the boxes on my wish list. A huge thank you to Josh Matiyow and Richard Woods for all of their hard work, patience, and dedication. They somehow managed to find exactly what I wanted… even when I wasn’t entirely sure what that was! 😂 And the best part?
