The team that he chooses for photos and signing docs were also very helpful and made things very smooth. We were able to get lots of traffic to our house due to the plan he had and were even able to lock into escrow in under a week. Allen also helped us in determining our future home purchase and gave us some insight into what direction we should go. We never felt pushed or rushed into making a decision and it felt like he had our best interest in mind the entire time. Allen was very responsive via text/call and was there to answer any questions we had. We cannot recommend him enough!
