I am 1/2 of the selling couple and I could not have been happier with Tom‘s help, professionalism in the face of difficulties with escrows for two days anticipated showings to sell resulting in six months of frustration. He was the solution not the problem. We were the problem and he helped us solve it in very creative ways. He was always humble, polite, humorous, and very focused. He was a gem to work with.So many details were addressed in the background that we underestimated initially. He really knows his business! Never was he unavailable for showing us properties that would make things work. We looked forward to his 9-10 PM touching bases.

I never do reviews but Juliana was so Outstanding that I felt compelled to do this one. She is one of a kind. If you're wise enough you will have her as your realtor or in your life in any way. First of all, she brings great knowledge, expertise and as well as in depth research in your market and your circumstances. She put our need first. She really cares. My wife and I were in a very complicated transaction in which she needed to apply herself at every level and she did all that and more. Her guidance at every step made all the difference for us. I knew she was a good realtor from others but I had no idea how dedicated she would be. One friend who has bought and sold a lot of properties told me that no realtor works harder. That was several years ago but that comment always stayed with me and it was certainly true. Terry Kane
