What an amazing experience. Emma Lefkowitz and Brian Tague did everything and more to help get this property ready and sell it in the first weekend with multiple offers. Since it was a rental previously, it needed a little TLC. They were on top of getting quotes and getting the work done at a very reasonable cost, plus giving advice and suggestions on when to time the market appropriately for this type of house. They nailed it: one open house, multiple offers, full price, all cash. I can't be happier. Highly recommend them if you're thinking about buying or selling in San Diego. They have sold multiple houses for me in the past and continues to exceed my expectations. Amazing teamwork!!!

We contacted the Barron Team after my brother passed. Family came from Ohio and Florida to clear out and prepare the property for sale. After listing with Barron, Emma was all in and helped us find local contractors to haul, repair and get the house ready to go on the market. We went on the market July 8, 2026, and had Open houses for two weeks and got many offers. After just a few weeks we accepted an offer. Two weeks later, on August 14, 2026, Escrow closed. If you want a professional, hard working company to work for you and sell your property, No doubt – Choose the Barron Team.

I recommend Emma and the Barron Team without reservation. Emma helped us buy our Poway home and we hired her to sale it. We had offers the Monday after our open house weekend and she negotiated great terms for us including a free 30 day rent back. Emma and her team are a well oiled machine while still being personable and attentive. Emma will be your best advocate and will be personally involved even after the sale if things come up. 100% recommend!
