We recently moved from Denver, CO and thought we understood competitive housing markets. It turns out we completely underestimated the brutally competitive and exorbitant San Diego market. Fortunately, Jennifer got us up to speed and used her extensive knowledge of the local market to help us purchase a home that I think our family will enjoy for years to come. She stuck with us for 4 months through innumerable home tours and multiple bids. She works closely with selling agents to get as much information as possible to help us make informed decisions. She is not afraid to ask tough questions and advocate for her clients. She is honest in her opinions and straight forward with her approach. She also helped us get a great rate on our mortgage. We cannot recommend Jennifer enough!
