Karen was so knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. I have been working with her for over a year to find my perfect home that fit my needs and budget. Karen was always available to help me whenever I had questions or concerns. She helped me with questions for the lender and the inspectors. She explained everything to me in detail and in terms I could understand Being a first time young home buyer I did not really have anyone to help me or explain or guide me through the whole process and Karen was that person. Her patience and kindness goes way above and beyond. I am so appreciative of all of her hard work and dedication to finding me the right home. Thank you Karen for everything

I’ve used a lot of Realtors over the years, and Tara Finch is the best I’ve worked with. It was honestly refreshing to deal with someone who is truly serious about their career and takes real pride in doing a great job. A lot of Realtors I’ve dealt with these days seem to do the bare minimum at best, and it often feels like real estate is more of a side job than a profession. That was not the case with Tara at all. She was professional, responsive, hardworking, and clearly committed from start to finish. She also has an excellent photographer, and the pictures turned out amazing. That kind of effort and attention to detail makes a big difference. On top of that, she even offered to reduce her commission during the transaction just to help us out, which really says a lot about her character. Tara stands out because she treats this like a real business, not just something she does on the side, and it shows. It was nice to work with someone who takes their work seriously. I would absolutely recommend her.

David J. knowledge of the real estate market was instrumental in selling our unique residential property that we turned into a bed and breakfast. It had been on the market for a year and he sold it within 2 months. From start to closing, David kept in constant contact communication. He is personable, professional and has good resources. He knows the market. He will represent your best interests to close the sale.
