I listed my hard to sell land parcel with Krista several years ago after taking back several land parcels through a foreclosure. Krista took the time to discuss the possible buyers for my land as well provided a well though out price analysis. We initially listed the parcel at what we thought was a fair market value and received few lookers. After at least a year Krista suggested that we reduce the price to attract more buyers. Still no one seemed interested. At one point I was ready to donate the property to a charity and just take the tax deduction but Krista urged me to be patient. Throughout the listing I received monthly communications and status reports from Krista. After 4 years on the market we finally got an offer which eventually closed after some starts and stops. The land had some history which needed to be researched before the buyer could close. Krista did that research which provided the details needed to close. Most agents would not have had the patience to stay with my listing but Krista did and it got the deal done. I would highly recommend Krista to anyone in the Wilcox area. She knows the area and the players and has the dedication to see things through.
