She helped so much with the numerous documents we had to sign when we put our house on the market and then when we sold. She never seemed in a rush when advising us and we feel we got the best price possible for our home. The market was slow when we decided to sell and Joanne continually encouraged us. She scheduled an open house for area realtors and then for the public and was there for both. Joanne was surely a blessing and we highly recommend her to anyone selling, or buying, a home.

Karen was so knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. I have been working with her for over a year to find my perfect home that fit my needs and budget.
