I got connected with Jody through a few connections. I had no clue what I was doing or where to even start other than I wanted a Vacation home. She took Sommer and me under her wing and had us get a few properties we thought we liked so she could get a feel for us and what we wanted. We viewed several homes online and compiled them. We went and met Jody, and she even had "bonus" homes for us to look at. We never felt pressured one way or another. she gave us key points and ideas of the homes, neighborhoods, and surroundings. We just closed on our home last week. From start to finish and to this day Jody made this adventure so smooth it didn't even feel real. They explained things clearly and answered any questions we had about houses, the market, or the buying process. I loved working with them in person to find our house. I also appreciated that they did video walk thru viewings of houses when we were far away in Canada, which helped immensely so we didn't have to constantly travel back and forth.
