I explained to her what I was looking for and the list of needs. She found us exactly what we wanted and helped us get through the closing! Best experience hands down.

I got connected with Jody through a few connections. I had no clue what I was doing or where to even start other than I wanted a Vacation home. She took Sommer and me under her wing and had us get a few properties we thought we liked so she could get a feel for us and what we wanted. We viewed several homes online and compiled them. We went and met Jody, and she even had "bonus" homes for us to look at. We never felt pressured one way or another. she gave us key points and ideas of the homes, neighborhoods, and surroundings. We just closed on our home last week. From start to finish and to this day Jody made this adventure so smooth it didn't even feel real. Hands down Jody was amazing to work with and a great source for references. Jody is our realtor, but she is an even better friend! i'm proud to have you on our side. Thank you Jody!

Jody has been involved in the Havasu real estate market for many years. Being involved in the market for this long, the has the knowlege and resources to handle handle your purchase or sale with seamless results. She has handled two transactions for us, and three for a good friend. We have both been impressed with her handling of our business.

My wife and I found a home in LHC that we wanted to buy and contacted Jeff Collins through a referral. Jeff and his team made the whole buying experience tolerable considering 1) we were on vacation during COE 2) buying a new home is always stressful, especially since we are in Oregon, but Jeff was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone considering a real estate purchase in the LHC area.

Sarah and Jeff were both very responsive to phone calls and text messages. They were friendly and knowledgeable of the market. They explained things clearly and answered any questions we had about houses, the market, or the buying process. I loved working with them in person to find our house. I also appreciated that they did video walk thru viewings of houses when we were far away in Canada, which helped immensely so we didn't have to constantly travel back and forth. They were easy going and professional. The extended Collins team was also great. We were so happy with everyone we worked with.
