I got connected with Jody through a few connections. I had no clue what I was doing or where to even start other than I wanted a Vacation home. She took Sommer and me under her wing and had us get a few properties we thought we liked so she could get a feel for us and what we wanted. We viewed several homes online and compiled them. We went and met Jody, and she even had "bonus" homes for us to look at. We never felt pressured one way or another. she gave us key points and ideas of the homes, neighborhoods, and surroundings. We just closed on our home last week. From start to finish and to this day Jody made this adventure so smooth it didn't even feel real.
