Second: I want to assist you in developing the clarity to know what’s truly important to you, so when you make decisions that have long-term implications, you do so knowing that you have the most current information, and that it is really connected to what’s important to you personally. Fourth: I want you to have a deep sense of peace that during the process of buying or selling a home, that you have a person who will think rationally, clearly, and understand all the intended and unintended consequences of every decision and always be the voice of reason. Fifth: I want you to feel a sense of certainty that whenever you need a product, a service, or experience, including anything that is part of home, professional or personal services, or if you just need a shoulder to lean on, a soft place to land or a venue to vent, you have that person in your life who can help serve those needs. Sixth: When you buy or sell a home, I want you to have a person who’s representing your best interest on all fronts— the price, the terms, the timing, etc. and facilitating the transaction as stress-free as possible. Seventh: Lastly, I want you to have the peace of mind that when you buy or sell, you have a leader, a guide, and a protector with integrity that you can always count on to be by your side.
