210 real estate agents in Lake Havasu City

Amy and Stacy did a remarkable job selling my late fathers condo in LHC. Since we live in another state they handled every detail swiftly and with fantastic communication. 11/10.

Amy has decades of experience she only needs your information once she’s very organized and very quick especially for those crucial times in your bid has to get in. Amy will get it done. She also has great advice on the market in havasu and she has many years of renovation experience as well!! We have used her several times now to purchase properties She’s always courteous professional and Gives top notch service. She makes you feel like family and is there for you every step of the way !

I am so grateful for Amy, she was our agent when we bought the house and our agent when we sold the house. I love her energy, integrity, honesty, and response time. In all my years no agent has ever responded to every single text and call within minutes and always upbeat, positive, and in a crisis had solutions. Honestly I have never met anyone like her. She is genuinely a kind, thoughtful, caring soul and she gets the job done! Sold our house the day after it was listed for full asking price. I’m kind of in awe. Thank you Amy❣️

The team did an amazing job through the entire process. They communicated with us in a timely manner and solved problems in the process as they popped up. I would highly recommend Carol Conrad because she goes way above and beyond the customer's expectations. By the way this is the second home Carol has sold to us and both experiences were smooth and manageable. Carol listened to both of our needs in a home and worked with us to find the right property. If you are thinking of purchasing a home I would encourage you to give Carol a call. You will not be disappointed. A big shout out to Carol and her team! Keith and Harold Sterrenberg

Carole Conrad was the best. Went the extra mile to make sure I closed. I had evil people push me around. Carole cared, knew that this deal would provide the refuge I so desperately needed. She stopped me from running, settled me into the right place, I am grateful for her wisdom, maturity, caring. She knew what was best for me, in my turmoil. A Godsend for sure, she is. My thanks to her, she made sure I got the relief I needed.

Carole Conrad was great from start to finish! She's willing to work long hours, weekends and even holiday weekends to get it done! She's very responsive and 100% dedicated to getting it done! From marketing to finding a contractor to make small repairs, she Gets It Done! Couldn't be happier! Thank you Carole Conrad!!
