Being from Chicago/Boston, we TOTALLY lucked out when we met Celeste and Jeff and used their talents and services as our agents to buy our AZ home. Where to even start! They are amazing people. So kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Very detail orientated and highly communicative, answering any communications from us quickly while also keeping us proactively informed at every stage of the process. To say they go the extra mile would be an understatement. I cannot recommend them more highly. In a world where finding really good people is hard to do, Celeste and Jeff stand as reminders that straight up good, honest and thoughtful humans still exist. Randy and team were always available, knowledgable and professional. My particular transaction had some level of difficulity as it was a 1031 with buying and selling two different properties all within a timely manner. Randy and team explained everything beautifully and were extremely helpful the entire time.

Randy did a fantastic job of listing my home, and brought me a full-price offer in eight days. He was proactive during the listing process, and also while the home was being shown to various buyers. He worked diligently to sell my home in a difficult economy- not once, but twice. The first attempt to sell was September 2025, and the sale fell through just days before closing escrow in November, through no fault of Randy’s. He relisted my home in February 2026, and found a new buyer immediately. The fact that I was willing to list with Randy a second time after the first sale fell through is a testament to my confidence in his abilities. No transaction is going to be perfect, so here is where I think there could be improvement- when the other party wants an extension to closing escrow, I would suggest an uptick in communication as to the reason(s) why, and how it will affect the timeline. This would alleviate a lot of stress. My work with Randy began in September 2025 and ended in April 2026, all during a challenging market. I’m very grateful for his experience and expertise.

The Moore Advantage Team did a wonderful job listing and selling our Saddlebrooke home. They expertly steered us through unrealistic listing price expectations and some seller inertia in accomplishing needed decorating work. They competently and professionally represented the buyers as well and, because they are a team, divided responsibility and communication from then on. Dorothy handled the buyers and Lauren dealt with us, the sellers. Having already dealt with Dorothy during the whole process, until a buyer appeared, we had all the confidence that whatever arose from the buyer's side would be reasonable, and it was. Consequently, everyone involved is happy with the sale and the buyers and sellers now correspond and will eventually meet. As a former real estate agent I would call that a win-win.

It was highly recommended that I consider the Moore Advantage Team, if I was considering purchasing a home in the Oro Valley area of Arizona, especially if I were entertaining looking for a home in the Saddlebrooke community, which I was. What a perfect recommendation. I was fortunate enough to have Jim Bilwacks as my real estate agent. What a blessing that recommendation turned out to be. He and his team held my hand each step of the way. Ultimately he saved us thousands in the purchase price of the house that we eventually obtained. Incidentally, I purchased the home from Georgia and drove out from there during the 10 due diligence period. Jim served as my eyes and ears as he video taped the home for my consideration. It turned out to be everything he said it was and I couldn't be happier.
