I was able to bounce my ideas and concerns off of them and was always met with an answer that was satisfactory. Not once throughout the process did I believe that they just wanted a quick sale and a quicker buck they truly mean what they say when they talk about wanting to set you up with the one for you and when you think you found it they both will work tirelessly to help close the sale. Kristen is my realtor, she assisted me in not only finding a house , but the right house. She was available every time I needed to have a question answered and assist me in locating the house I wanted. I was s first time home buyer and had no experience with this and did not know what to expect in this process. Kristen walked me through the entire process and was always their when I needed her. I can't say enough good things about her. Customer driven and very patient especially with me, a first time home buyer. As I said before she assisted me in finding the right house. She constantly was looking out for new houses that came on the market that would fit my requests and requirements and most importantly my price point. When she saw something that might fit what I was looking for, she would immediately send me an E-mail to see if I liked it. She always took care of what I asked, even when I didn't know what I was asking. The customer service was excellent, she always returned my phone calls in a prompt manner, and if she did not know the answer to my questions, she would find out and get back with me. Kristen has extensive knowledge of the market she serves in Tuscon and also recommended a lot of excellent vendors, home inspectors and contractors to me which I used and was more than pleased. I'm sure was not her only client, she had to juggle me along with her other clients, but you wouldn't know that. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. With her knowledge of the Tuscon area, along with contacts of excellent vendors she is hard to beat. Today it is all about customer service and Kristen stands out. Janet is very responsive and very helpful with proactive suggestions to protect you during negotiations. She is very knowledgeable about the law and processes to ensure a smooth transaction. She and her team helped stage our house and arrange vendors to provide the necessary repairs only after she helped organize multiple bids. Danny was suggested to my siblings and I as we were trying to sell our deceased parent's home. We lived in different cities and states, and the home had multiple challenges. Danny was able to communicate with all of us, and made a point to be extremely communicative to make sure we knew what was happening and why. He had connections with folks to get quick repairs done and he walked through the house, taking in depth photos, and generated a list of tasks to complete before going on the market. We had a bad experience with a different agent, and he explained why the house had not sold, and what he would do differently. He managed all of the action items and got our house on the market saft. He staged it beautifully and marketed it well. When one buyer fell through, it was not even a week before he had another potential buyer. The house sold so fast, and he really helped us know how to manage the inspection details and the buyer requests. He went way beyond what was needed, and he was with us the whole time! Danny gets it done! He knows the market, he knows marketing, and he has excellent and honest advice. This would not have been possible without him!

I was certainly in a bit of a crisis situation with the necessary sale of my mother’s house. My mother didn’t die, it was a neglect case and I needed to sell the house to help pay for assisted living. I was completely overwhelmed.
