Janelle was the agent for my fathers home purchase 3yrs ago, then a lil over a year ago was agent for my brothers home purchase. Just earlier this year she sold a house for me. Truly amazing she gave me ideas and really good advice to make the house ready to sell. She knows all the ins and outs of inspections and warranties, and if she doesn’t she’s on it getting the information you need. My home was on the market one week and we had a buyer. She quickly followed through and got the sale closed. She is Awesome! I just love her. Give her a call, it’s the smartest call you’ll ever make if you’re buying or selling.

She always answered our questions, typically at any point of the day or night and was very communicative throughout the entire process. She was our advocate and fought for us during some questionable issues and concerns we had. She never pressured us and always made us feel comfortable with every step of the home buying process. We consider her a friend of the family now.

Patrick is an excellent real estate agent! It was so easy to work with him-he is personable but also professional. When we told him we were on a very tight timeline to close, he immediately went into action lining up everything to make it happen by preparing and submitting our offer immediately, lining up inspectors and the title company/escrow (and putting them in contact with us), etc. However, even though he worked quickly he did not cut corners, and explained every single document to us and answered all our questions. He was available to us, communicated and checked in with us constantly, and made sure we were informed of what we needed to be doing to get the closing done. Patrick was proactive in suggesting different types of inspections and in explaining the results, and was successful in approaching the sellers’ broker to obtain a credit for us. We had great confidence in him and a high degree of comfort when we closed (on time!!). Patrick has also made himself available post closing to answer additional questions and give us recommendations for trades people, etc. All in all, purchasing a house with Patrick was a great experience, he made it as easy as possible while still protecting our interests. I give him the highest recommendation!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Patrick knows his craft extremely well. He focuses on what's important, brought relevant things to our attention as buyers which we might have missed, and literally left no stone unturned in arranging inspections, service, and a full evaluation of the property we were buying. As out-of-state purchasers, we were comfortable that we had full information in making the purchase decision. He also gave sound (and hardheaded) advice on how to craft our offer and how to negotiate the items revealed by the inspection -- saving us thousands of dollars in the process. His demeanor at all times is friendly, welcoming, and professional. His contacts with related professionals -- contractors, inspectors, trades people, title companies, you name it -- are terrific and made the entire purchasing process seamless. He helped us do our due diligence and made it easy to transfer utilities and city services by pointing us to the right contacts, saving us much time and worry. Being Tucson-based, he knows the southern Arizona market extremely well. And besides all that, he's just a really nice guy. (But don't be fooled--he can be tough when necessary.) Bottom line: Patrick helped make the buying process as easy as it possibly could have been. He saved us considerable money and worry. If there is a better real estate professional in Arizona--or anywhere, for that matter--I would like to meet that person, because Patrick has set the bar very high. In my opinion, you cannot do better.

Stead fast over the year as agent thru a failed contract and eventual closed sale

Amara, has a deep knowledge of the Tucson market. She is very responsive to any questions you may have and ready to listen to your concerns. She always provide a couple a solutions if any issues arises I have worked with Amara on two real estate transactions and will continue to use her expertise.

Krystine was so helpful through the entire process. She always kept me updated in how the market was going, advise on how to show the house better, and informed me on everything I could possibly need to know when it came to selling my home. She made the experience comfortable and less stressful selling in a fluctuating market. Overall wonderful realtor.

Danny was ama..zing told us exactly what we needed to do to provide the best showing. He answered all our questions was available whenever we needed him.. He paid attention to every detail. helped us to get rid of stuff we couldnt keep or take due to time constraints. Follow his suggestions and your house will sell.. He is a great guy.
