Better experience than I hoped

Monica was great to work with. She helped me price my home so it sold very quickly. Because she kept in contact with me constantly, I always knew what I needed to do for each stage of the sale. I chose Monica as my agent because she helped my daughter with the purchase of her new home and I liked her personality as well as her knowledge. She's very pleasant to work with.

Always responded in a timely manner. Knowledgeable in keeping us informed in the markets progress. Very professional and spoke to what the variables were. When it came to negotiations he gave us options explaining them to us very well and also not hesitating to accomplish what we as the sellers wanted for a successful sale. Made us feel comfortable in what we were asking and that it was perfectly acceptable and reasonable in what we wanted. Definitely had a wonderful personality and was great to work with. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to sell!
