The buyers agent was most unpleasant and caused unnecessary problems, but Kim and Attila resolved all the issues promptly, efficiently and according to the law. When I found myself getting upset with the often complicating issues of selling a home, talking with Kim instantly calmed me down. There are not words to express our THANKS to Kim and Attila.
