I contacted Valeria with 0 knowledge about the current housing market. From past experience, I wasn't too confident on how things were looking for my current financial situation. After our first conversation, I didn't really believe I could afford a home. About 2 weeks later, I contact Valeria again and it's probably one of the best decisions I've made. I decided to get pre-approved to find out how much home I could actually afford. She found my family a home at the price point and location that we wanted. Every call/text/email would get a response immediately. She made my family feel welcomed and we didn't feel pressured during our search.
