Claudia's experience and expertise really paid off for us. Life circumstances did not permit us to sell at a more advantageous time. Claudia's guidance allowed us to get an above asking offer at a time when houses were selling below asking. Her attentiveness to detail (everything from staging, marketing and periodically checking in with us) left us very happy partnering with her. She also negotiated a 59 day rent back so we could stay at home until our new home was ready for us to move in. This saved us thousands in rents, an additional move and the experience of having to move an additional time.

Claudia Jensen was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure our home buying process was smooth, stress-free, excellent communication throughout and responsiveness to our needs. Claudia provided detailed analysis of market trends and helping us understand the best time to buy. I would highly recommend Claudia to others potential home buyers/sellers.
