After my dad's passing, my mother decided the house they lived in was too big for her alone so she wanted to sell it while she traveled abroad. Enter Teresa. She was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting everything setup. I was designated as the POA to have the house sold and she made the process extremely smooth and painless.
