Sylvana helped the reviewer sell this property

Incredible Realtor from Start to Finish

We had an amazing experience working with Sylvana to sell our home. We needed to wait until we found a new home and got into escrow before we could even list our property, and Sylvana was incredibly patient and strategic throughout the entire process. Once we were in escrow, she moved quickly to help us get all of our documentation and preparations in order, and managed to get our home on the market within just two weeks. We were living in the home during showings and open houses with a toddler and an 8-month-old baby, which could have been extremely stressful—but Sylvana made everything feel as seamless and manageable as possible. She truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, we received multiple strong offers and ultimately sold our home for more than we expected. We are so grateful for her support, professionalism, and care during such a hectic time in our lives. We highly recommend Sylvana to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
