Claudia's experience and expertise really paid off for us. Life circumstances did not permit us to sell at a more advantageous time. Claudia's guidance allowed us to get an above asking offer at a time when houses were selling below asking. Her attentiveness to detail (everything from staging, marketing and periodically checking in with us) left us very happy partnering with her. She also negotiated a 59 day rent back so we could stay at home until our new home was ready for us to move in.
