This is actually our 4th experience with BarbaraAnn and each time re-affirms why she is our "go to" realtor every time! Not only does she know just about every thing there is to know about the market, she knows the red flags in a home, in the neighborhood, and with the lenders! Her bull dog spirit makes her a good advocate for her buyers, and her long time career in the business allows her to know how to get the job done for the seller. She'll be my realtor of choice again, and again!

She ,Val Jones Garden Valley Real estate is a spectacular saleswoman and handles all points of your buying and selling real estate in such a professional manner that you don’t want to use anyone else. As a builder now for over forty years I would not recommend anyone else to handle your real estate transactions she is above and beyond traditional realtors in handling your business so as a builder I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Debbie communicated clearly from start to finish and always listened to my questions, concerns and needs during the sale of my home. She made sure I felt comfortable during the staging and showing portion of the process, was knowledgeable about the market and shared each step of the sale clearly. In person, Debbie was warm and caring, yet very professional, and never rushed me. She dealt with negotiations smoothly, protecting my interests yet respecting my wishes. Debbie went above and beyond to make this sale smooth and successful for me!
